In addition there are various options including visible or secret fix Panels along with a range of Profiles from Micro Ribbed, Plank, Corrugated or Smooth options giving you plenty of freedom in your architectural design.
Insulated Panel Range
DTC Profiles Ltd, with the support of Joris Ide have a range of composite roof & wall panels combined with high thermal performances, fire ratings, acoustic values while maintain their aesthetic qualities & all with either a polyurethane (PIR) or rock wool core.
JI Roof PIR
Is a composite panel with a metal profile outer sheet, insulation core and a metal profiled internal liner. The panel is lightweight, easy to handle and install.
It has great thermal values and is available in insulation thicknesses from 40mm to 150mm.
The JI1000 RW panel is fire rated and LPCB certified and can be used on a multitude of applications including roof & wall cladding.
JI1150 Visible Fix Wall Panel
The JI Wall PIR insulated panel is a multifunctional panel to be used from external wall to internal applications such
as compartmentalizing and ceilings. Due to its innovative joint for core thicknesses until 220 mm, it is the ideal
panel for cold store, freeze rooms, but also agricultural buildings such as poultry and others.
JI Permapan Roof Panel
The JI Permapan PIR is an insulated roof tile panel that combines classic aesthetics with the technology of high quality insulated PIR panels. The panel can be used for domestic, agricultural and commercial applications. The JI Permapan PIR achieves a Green Guide A+ rating as per the BRE Global ‘Green Guide to Specification’.
JI Eco Roof PIR - Agri
The JI Eco PIR panel is a lightweight insulated panel. The aluminium foil internal liner makes it easy to handle and install. This roof panel is mostly applied on agricultural and functional buildings.
Steel Purlins & Decking
These are ideal for use on all types of modern roof cladding systems including insulated composite panels, standing seam, singles skin sheeting and insulated roof deck systems.
We supply a number of purlin options from Sigma(multibeam), Z-purlin to C-purlins. The purlins are engineered and prestressed by design. We also supply a range of decking for use in flat roof systems.
DTC Profiles Ltd offers an alternative to traditional roof purlins and side rails: Sigma purlins, cold-rolled galvanized profiles, which are a simple replacement for timber or rolled sections:

Metal decking is used in commercial and industrial applications for a built-up flat or low pitched roof. Our structural decking offers outstanding strength and spanning capability, creating a robust structural platform suitable for all roofing types. Ideal for large-span buildings, it minimises the need for purlins, enhancing both efficiency and design flexibility.

We offer a full comprehensive range of metal roofing sheets in a variety of profiles. Profiles include Standing Seam, Corrugated, Box Profile and ventilated sheets in a choice of colours. Corrugated, Box Profile and Flat Roofing Sheets are available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm thicknesses.
Our selection of Roofing Sheet coatings includes 200-micron leather grain PVC Plastisol, Polyester Paint and Galvanised. There's something suitable for all types of domestic, agricultural, industrial and commercial buildings.
